Since January 1, 2026, Polyplan has been operating from its new location in Ann Arbor, supported by the established network of VMT Vision Machine Technic. As part of the Pepperl+Fuchs Group, the Factory Solutions division brings both companies together in a strong network across North and South America. This local presence enables us to better understand market requirements and customer needs firsthand.

Our primary focus is two-component acoustic foam application for the automotive industry. Polyplan also offers additional automotive solutions, including cavity preservation systems, gap measurement systems, and intralogistics applications such as depalletizing and automated strap removal. A planned laboratory will enable real-world foam testing and customized technical consulting.

Polyplan works closely with local partners to develop innovative solutions and bring our expertise directly to where it is needed.
